No Regrets, But Some Exceptions
All sales are final. We run limited drops and custom collections, so we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged / Wrong Item?
We want to ensure you're receiving what you ordered with the highest quality possible. If there's anything wrong, email us at customer-care@reapedgarbs.com within 15 days of receiving your item. In your email include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
We'll work to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must contact us within 15 days of delivery
- We reserve the right to decline a return if criteria aren’t met
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been placed our team moves fast, and stock is limited.
